Going Home Workshop

Originally developed by Robert Monroe in collaboration with Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross and Dr. Charles Tart, Going Home is a powerful and compassionate exploration of what it means to live and die consciously.

The topic of death may be a sensitive one — and I send love to you if you have recently experienced loss. But this course is ultimately about living more fully now. You will explore your independence from the physical body and connect with the eternal part of yourself, in safe, guided states of consciousness.

What this weekend is for

• Reducing fear around physical death
• Supporting the release of unfinished business
• Expanding your connection with your Higher Self
• Deepening your capacity to live with presence, clarity and love

These journeys are both deeply personal and universally relevant. Whether you are walking through your own healing, supporting a loved one, or simply seeking to better understand what lies beyond, this programme offers a sacred, spacious and non-dogmatic way to explore.

Why do this with somebody rather than on your own

Because of everything this weekend touches. You can buy the recordings from anywhere and listen to them alone in a room. What you cannot buy is somebody there when grief arrives in the middle of an exercise, or when something happens that you have no words for — and in this class, something usually does.

That is the whole reason to be in a room with other people and a skilled trainer instead of alone with a set of headphones.

Who it is for

People who have lost someone. People caring for someone who is dying, or working alongside the dying. And people who have simply started wondering, and would like to look at it properly rather than at three in the morning.

You do not have to be grieving to come. Many people take this one purely to live differently afterwards.

• You will need somewhere quiet and private, headphones, and something to write in
