The same thing is true about driving a car, at first you use a lot of your conscious mind to learn these new skills and then they become automatic.

Meditation assists with Changing Thoughts

There are many other “automatic” things programmed into your subconscious mind and they get there because from birth to about age 6 or 7; everything you see and hear goes into the subconscious as a program. Whatever you had modeled for you becomes who you are; until you change it by learning how to directly access the subconscious and re-record the program. From age 7 to about 25 or 26 you take in all kinds of messages that you may or may not be aware that you have encoded on your subconscious.

As a trained PSYCH-K facilitator, I have been working with using tools to reprogram the subconscious mind in individual sessions.  Training at The Monroe Institute expanded on that to give me even more tools to use. I so enjoy sharing what I have learned, because it has helped me to make big changes in my life.  These same tools have helped many others in changing their internal environment enough to have an effect on their external environment. The new training I have received from Dr. Joe Dispenza added even more tools I can share with you to help you overcome your habitual thought programs and retrain your habits.
